The agreement between us.

These terms cover your use of Bidovi. By setting up an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Who we are
Bidovi is an independent company that serves businesses of many kinds. It is not a ServiceMaster head office product, and ServiceMaster Brands has no involvement in it. ServiceMaster of Peterborough is the business where Bidovi was built and is one of our clients. References to it on this site describe that origin, not a partnership, and nothing about your account depends on it.
The service
Bidovi builds, sends, tracks and files quotes. It ships with templates for commercial cleaning work, and we build templates for other trades and industries as clients need them. We provide the service as it stands at the time you use it. Features are added and changed over time, and some described on this site are in development. We will not remove a feature you rely on without telling you first.
Your account
One account covers your whole business. The owner is the administrator and the billing contact, and can add or remove users at any time. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your users send. Keep logins private, and tell us promptly if you think one has been compromised.
Fees and billing
- The monthly plan is $100 plus HST per month. The annual plan is $1,100 plus HST per year.
- Your first month is free. Billing starts when it ends, on the plan you chose at signup.
- There is no contract. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, monthly or yearly according to your plan.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, and you keep access until the period ends.
- If a payment fails we will retry and let you know. Access may be suspended if it stays unpaid.
- We will give at least thirty days notice before changing prices, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Your data
Your pricing, your clients and the quotes you build remain yours. Each business has its own isolated database. You can export your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete it. We use your data to run the service for you, not to sell to anyone. How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Bidovi to send anything unlawful, misleading or unsolicited at scale, to impersonate someone else, or to attempt to access another business's data. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep Bidovi running and available, but we do not promise it will never be down. Maintenance happens, and third party services we depend on occasionally fail. We will keep you informed when something is affecting you.
Other services
When you connect a CRM, a file store or another tool, that connection is governed by their terms as well as ours. We are not responsible for how those services behave or for data once it reaches them.
Trademarks
ServiceMaster, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Dropbox and Google Drive are trademarks of their owners. They appear here to describe real integrations and real use, not to suggest partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Your own brand stays yours. You give us permission to put your name, logo and details on the quotes and emails we produce for you, and to store them for that purpose, and nothing more.
Liability
Bidovi is a tool for producing quotes. You are responsible for what you sell, what you charge and what you commit to, and for checking a quote before you send it, including its pricing. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from your account. We can end an account for non payment or for a serious breach of these terms, with notice and a reasonable chance to put it right where that is possible. On termination you can export your data for thirty days.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will email the account owner before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
